Out-source to In-House development transition. System Architecture design for on-going in-house development environment.

Problem
The Australian Learning and Teaching Council had two websites that were outsourced for development and maintenance. They needed to bring the websties in-house and establish a development environment.
Solution
Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP development and production environment designed and implemented. Web development team structure and team interviews. Presentation of development requirements and needs to senior management.
Architecture
The ALTC Exchange was built in Drupal 5. Once brought in-house the internal development team converted the site to Drupal 6. Virtual environment, Linux (Red Hat Enterprise), LAMP Production and Development Servers, Linux/Windows Desktop environment, Development IDE Eclipse, SVN and Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver for front-end development.
