Went to see the Edinburgh Mobile Meet-up that i had heard so much about. It is put on at Inspace in Edinburgh University, the space is lovely. The whole area is painted white to act like a Canvas for the artworks to be displayed on.
The Life Turns exhibition at http://www.ed.ac.uk/schools-departments/informatics/outreach/inspace Inspace was still on display. Life turns was a new media exhibition which enabled people to download an iphone app and take a series of photos that they could then add to the display. Due to this the mobile meet-up got to watch the movie and also hear the story behind the artwork. Was a great night seen Annette Leonhard a fellow Geek Girl whom i meet at Edinburgh Geek Girl Dinner. Also meet up with Marius Ciocanel whom I meet at the Edinburgh Tech-meet-up in August. Was a great night interesting talks as well as free pizza and beer.
